With your flight number we track schedules so we are there on time. If your flight changes, message the WhatsApp number that confirmed your booking.
How long will you wait for me?
For airport arrivals your driver waits free of charge for up to 1 hour after your flight lands (we use the actual landing time). If within that hour you message us on WhatsApp to say you are still at immigration or baggage claim, your driver waits up to 1 hour 30 minutes from landing. At hotels, Airbnbs or homes the grace period is 20 minutes from the pick-up time; if you need more time, just ask and waiting time is charged per hour depending on the vehicle. If you do not show up within those times, or leave in another vehicle, the service is marked as a no-show and is not refunded.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, not per person. The app shows your estimated total before you send your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, message the WhatsApp number that confirmed your booking. It depends on how long before your service you cancel. More than 48 hours: we keep 5% of the total for operating costs and refund the rest of what you paid to your card or as a coupon. Between 24 and 48 hours: we keep 5% of the total, the rest of your deposit becomes a coupon and, if you paid 100%, the remaining 80% goes back to your card. Between 4 and 24 hours: we keep the deposit (20%) and, if you paid 100%, the remaining 80% goes back to your card. Between 2 and 4 hours: we keep the deposit; if you paid 100%, we keep half and give you the other half as a coupon. Less than 2 hours or no-show: no refund or coupon. If the airline cancels or diverts your flight, we move your transfer free of charge, subject to availability, or, if you tell us before the vehicle leaves for the airport, we refund 100% or give you a 100% coupon. Coupons are valid for 1 year and can be transferred. Refunds always go back to the card you paid with.
How do I pay?
You reserve with a card deposit and pay the rest when you board, by card, payment link, bank transfer or cash. You can also pay 100% in advance.
Staying at an Airbnb or private home?
No problem: when booking, share your location or paste the Google Maps link.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. You can request a baby seat or booster when booking, subject to availability.
How much luggage can I bring?
We count 1 regular or carry-on suitcase per passenger. If you bring more, the app only shows vehicles with enough room.
Do you also pick up at Tulum airport (TQO)?
Yes. In the app you choose Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO) airport.
Do you go to Isla Mujeres, Cozumel or Holbox?
We take you to the ferry pier. The ferry crossing is not included and CYBA does not operate on the islands.
